English: The Crypt was a kink/leather/sex shop with a mostly (but by no means exclusively) gay male clientele, which was located at a series of locations on Capitol Hill, Seattle, Washington between the late 1980s and 2015. The sign was on display as part of a "Vanishing Seattle" exhibit at RailSpur in Pioneer Square, Seattle.

The sign itself is presumably not subject to copyright: while I can't say the exact origin of this particular rendition of the Albanian Eagle, it's a very old symbol. Compare File:Flag of Albania.svg or File:Albanian Eagle.svg. Doesn't look like there is any copyrightable level of originality in this particular rendition.
