Description
English: The Sherman M4A3 Austerlitz of the 2nd RCA (1st french army) which took part in the liberation of Mulhouse and always visible at the place even where it was touched by a “Panzerfaust” on November 23rd, 1944. Two members of its crew, whose lieutenant Jean de Loisy, were killed during this action.
Français : Le Sherman M4A3 Austerlitz the la 2e RCA (1ère Armée Française) qui prit part à la Libération de Mulhouse, toujours visible à l'endroit où il fut touché par un "Panzerfaust" le 23 novembre 1944. Deux membres de son équipage, parmi eux le Lieutenant Jean de Loisy, furent tués lors de cette attaque.
