Description
English: Cherry-tTA-ER was transiently transfected into a 2-6-3 cell line stably expressing YFP-RNA pol II. Transcription was induced by the addition of tamoxifen. Frames were collected every 1.5 min for ∼40 min. Movie display rate is 8 frames per second.
