Description
English: Live cell wide-field imaging of a COS cell expressing VSVG-GFP (Kinesin-1 cargo) 2 h after shift to the permissive temperature. An image of the acetylated microtubules (red) in the same cell was obtained by fixation and retrospective immunostaining with an antibody to acetylated tubulin. The movie is an overlay of the image sequence of VSVG-GFP vesicles on the image of acetylated microtubules.
