Svenska: Signerat "Stockholm 23 Maj 1719 Ulrica Eleonora".7 sidor manuskript på pergament. På sida 5 kolorerad bild av adelsvapnet.Kalvskinnsband med guldtryckt dekor. På fram- och bakpärmen Ulrika Eleonoras monogram. Marmorerat papper på fram- och bakpärmens insida.Vid brevet fäst rött lacksigill med svenska riksvapnet. Sigillet i svarvad dosa av trä. Vid dosan fäst blå och gul snodd av lintråd. Snodden håller samman sigillet med pärmens rygg och avslutas med dekor av snörmakeri.4 stycken kvittenser fästade under snodden i manuskriptets mitt:"4 juni 1719 E Råfelt""4 juni 1719 Carl Fabreen""13 febr. 1721 D. Feif""21 November 1729 Gustaf Trettenhielm(?)".
