Two storey, arcades, listed, corner building. Former/built to Hungaria Hotel. Built in around 1840 (other source 1866!). Architect: Ferenc Árleth. Since 1963 home of Szeged Academic Committee of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences. There is a here-lived plaque plaque to Tibor Rétháti Kövér and there are two bronze plaque reliefs on its facade, on plaque to Kálmán Mikszáth by Sándor Tóth (1997) and one plaque to Géza Gárdonyi by Mária Beliczay (2014). In its courtyard: Albert Einstein sculpture by László Bánvölgyi. In staircase 'Hungaria' ceiling secco by Sándor Nagy (1992). On the 2nd floor placed the Tree of Knowledge statue by Miklós Ligeti (1899 marble) - 20 Oskola Street= 7 Somogyi Street, Belváros (Inner City) neighborough, Szeged, Csongrád-Csanád County, Hungary.
