Summary

edit
Description Lothian Buses bus No. 203 (reg. LB61 HYB) waits at the bottom of South St David Street where it meets Princes Street in Edinburgh, with the base of the Scott Monument beyond. As the special plate indicates, it is one of the company's hybrid bus fleet, which will hopefully help reduce the emissions which have no doubt caused the discolouring of the monument. Similarly, the single-decker on Princes Street is one of the conventional buses which has been retrofitted with exhaust-reduction technology.
