Description

Dating from the 1640s, the Star Inn is located in Dylife, Staylittle, Llanbrynmair, in Powys, Mid Wales. It is the highest public house in Wales at 1,300ft above sea level and offers stunning views over open countryside. The pub lies 9 miles south of Llanbrynmair, on the Cambrian Way and Glyndwr's Way and 9 miles North West of Llanidloes, on what is regarded as being one of the 'greatest driving roads in Wales'.
