Former Rósa Building. In the 1990s home of the Environmental Protection and Water Management Agency of the Alsó-Tiszavidéki (Lower Tisza Region). Designer: Ede Petsch. Year built: 1882. Building style: eclectic. On its façade: The memorial plaque of the flood memorial chapel. It was placed in 1882 in a memorial chapel on Calvary Square. Material: granite Text: Installed in memory of the condolences shown by Hungary and the world on the occasion of the flood of 1879 from the remnants of the collected charity donations in 1882. In the early 1990s it was placed on the wall of the building of the Water Directorate (Stefánia 4). - Also, on façade: Radó Rapaics plaque-relief by Béla Markup on the building of the Lower Tisza Region Environmental Protection and Water Management Authority in the 1990s. It was inaugurated on October 13, 1912 (Jenő Rónay). It was moved to its current location after 1945 (?). The material of the relief is bronze, its diameter is 90 cm, the limestone tablet is 200x100 cm. Text: Radó Rapaics (1948–1907). He was head of the Water Management Department of the Ministry of Agriculture for two decades. He has earned outstanding merit around the development of flood protection and the regulation of domestic rivers. The portrait, modelled in tondo form, was originally placed on an obelisk about 6m high on the Stefánia, on the side facing the Tisza. The obelisk was demolished after World War II and the relief was placed on the façade of the Water Directorate building. The original text of the memorial plaque placed on the obelisk: "For his excellent merits in regulating domestic rivers, for which the 'Tisza cut' No. 90 was named after him. His hometown, Szeged - Inside: Imre Dégen bronze relief by András Lapis was placed in the lobby in 1997. Size: 70x50 cm. Text on its: Imre Dégen 1910-1977 - 4 Stefánia=2 Vaszy Viktor Square /Wesselényi Street/, Belváros (Inner City) neighborough, Szeged, Csongrád-Csanád County, Hungary.

Az 1990-es évek elején került a vízügyi igazgatóság (Stefánia 4) épületének falára. - Homlokzatán: Rapaics Radó domborműves emléktábla az 1990-es években Alsó-Tiszavidéki Környezetvédelmi és Vízügyi lgazgatóság épületén Markup Béla alkotása. Avatták 1912. október 13-án (Rónay Jenő főispán). Jelenlegi helyére 1945 (?) után került. A dombormű anyaga bronz, átmérője 90 cm, a mészkőtábla 200x100 cm. Szövege: Rapaics Radó (1948–1907). A Fölművelésügyi Minisztérium Vízügyi Főosztályának két évtizeden át vezetője volt. Kimagasló érdemeket szerzett az árvízvédelem fejlesztése és a hazai folyók szabályozása körül. A tondó formába mintázott portrét eredetileg egy kb. 6 m magas obeliszken helyezték el a Stefánián, mégpedig a Tisza felé néző oldalán. Az emlékmű a Hungária Szálló épületének északi végződésével egyvonalban állt, nagyjából az Arany János utca tengelyében. A Stefánia sétány második világháború utáni átrendezésekor bontották le, s helyezték el a domborművet a vízügyi igazgatóság épületének homlokzatán. Az obeliszken elhelyezett emléktábla eredeti szövege: „A hazai folyók szabályozása körül szerzett kiváló érdemeiért, melyek megörökítéséül a 90-ik számú tiszai átvágás az ő nevét nyerte. Szülővárosának, Szeged sz. kir. városnak és a Szegedi Ármentesítő és Belvízszabályozó Társulatnak hozzájárulásával emelte 1912-ben a m. kir. földművelésügyi miniszter." - Belül: Dégen Imre dombormű a Alsó-Tiszavidéki Környezetvédelmi és Vízügyi Igazgatóság épületében, a bejárati térben. Elhelyezték 1997-ben. Lapis András alkotása. A dombormű anyaga bronz, 70x50 cm.
