Description
Deutsch: Dieses Mietshaus mit Putzfassade ist Teil einer geschlossenen genossenschaftlichen Wohnanlage, welche sich ebenfalls über die Nummern 2a; 4; 6; 8; 10; 12; 14; 16 erstreckt. Das Gebäude wurde 1929 erbaut. Es ist mit seiner Putz-Fassade als Baudenkmal der Stadt Leipzig geschützt. Der Ausschnitt zeigt die heutige starke Nutzung des Straßenraums als Abstellfläche für private Fahrzeuge, sowie den Eckladen und darüber befindlicher Stuck-Plakette.
