English: Remodeling of Matrigel by 44As3 cells. 44As3 cells were cultured on 3D Matrigel containing fluorescent microbeads. The cells and microbeads were imaged every 5 min by time-lapse fluorescence microscopy for 8 h 45 min. Play rate, 15 frames/sec.
