English: This movie corresponds to repeat str-127 shown in Figure 7. It shows a pair of single headed cross-bridges but the one on the left is bound to out-of-target zone actin subunit G. This is the only example of an out-of-target-zone, strong-binding cross-bridge found among any of the str- or rls-HST class averages. The coloring scheme is the same as for Figure 7.
