English: An example of movements of KIF1A with a cargo for [cargo/strong]. Starting from the initial structure (Fig. 1 D), KIF1A with a cargo-analog took one ATP cycle (XT→XD→XΦ→XT), and exhibited an 8-nm forward step. The simulation treated the default-cargo as ∼1 µm-sized sphere, but this video used much smaller ball to “visualize” the cargo position, purely for graphics. |
