Description
English: Supplementary Movie 1 Time-lapse phase contrast images of an MDA-MB-231 tumour cell migrating within a collagen gel over the time course of 7 h. Time is indicated in the upper-left corner (in h and min). The microscope is automatically following the movement of the cell to keep it in the focus position at all times. Note that the cell centre moves persistently despite frequent changes in cell shape.
