Built to one storey tenement and bank building in 1940. Built to Szeged People Bank cooperative, In the 2020s here is the Tourinform tourist information office - 12 Széchenyi Square= 14 Feketesas Street, Belváros (Inner City) neighborough, Szeged, Csongrád-Csanád County, Hungary.

Egykori,-1836-ban már állt,-Götz-ház helyére 1940-ben háromhomlokzatos „bérház és banképület” épült, emeltette a Szegedi Népbank szövetkezet. Károlyi utca felőli homlokzatán van Beretzk Péter-emléktábla gulipánnal (Felállítás 1998, Lapis András, mészkő, másolat) Az emléktábla eredetileg bronzból készült, Lapis András alkotása volt, aki megörökítette rajta a neves ornitológus kedvenc madarát, a gulipánt is. Ezt az emléktáblát 1996. őszén ellopták. [1]. 2020-as években itt van a szegedi Tourinform iroda info: szegedtourism.hu/ ÉS része a 'Térfalak azonosító: -9298. cím: Feketesas u. 14-18., 20-22.' ÉS része a 'Térfalak, Széchenyi tér 2-3a., 7-8., 12-14., 16-17.' védett együttesnek azonosító: -9317 ÉS része a 'Szeged történeti belvárosa' védett együttesnek azonosító: 11378, törzsszám: 11286 - Szeged, Belváros, Klauzál tér = Széchenyi tér 12 = Károlyi utca (ex Laudon utca) 2=Feketesas utca 14.
