L-shaped two storey tenement building. Pilasters. Its gate decorated with two bird head lions Eclectic style. Built in 1882. Planned by András Jankovics. Former Szűcs house. Built to Ferenc Szűcs lawyer. - 5 Széchenyi Squar, Belváros (Inner City) neighborough, Szeged, Csongrád-Csanád County, Hungary.
Magyar:
L alaprajzú, kétemeletes lakóház. Kompozit oszlopokés pilaszterek közé fogott míves kapu, fölülvilágítóján két, madárfejű, szárnyas oroszlánt mintázó kovácsoltvas alakkal. A kapualjból kőlépcső vezet fel míves kovácsoltvas korláttal. A lépcsőház mennyezetén, figurális díszítőfestés van. Az udvari homlokzatot a 1990 körül posztmodern stíluselemeket használva átépítették. A kapu tengelyét szoborfülke zárja az udvaron, mely 1990 körül is kerthelyiségként üzemel. - Egykori Szűcs-ház. Eklektikus, 1882. Jankovics András építész. Szűcs Ferenc ügyvéd és felesége, Molnár Mária részéreépült bérház. 19. sz.-i bérlők: Glassner Tamás cipőüzlete, ifj. Fodor István érckoporsó-gyáros temetkezési intézete. 1954-ben a Szegedi Szálloda és Vendéglátó Vállalat alakította és bővítette a földszinten lévő cukrászdát.
