Local grade listed school building. Built in 1907. Dózsa relief by Antal Tápai (1957 copper) is on facade. Home of Szegedi Dózsa György Elementary School (Esz. 1859) - 7 Szent György Square (Osztrovszky Street corner), Szeged, Csongrád-Csanád County, Hungary.

Iskolaépület. Homlokzatán: Dózsa György dombormű Tápai Antal alkotása, készült 1957-ben. Anyaga: vörösréz lemez, 70x50 cm - Szegedi Dózsa György Általános Iskola OM azonosító szám: 029667 A korábbi telephelye a B épület ( Osztrovszky utca 1/b) 2023-ra megszűnt. 1907-ben készült a jelenlegi iskolaépület. 1920-30. Felsővárosi-községi elemi népiskola. 1946-47. Az iskola neve: Szent-György téri általános iskola. 1950-53 között itt volt Juhász Gyula Gyógypedagógiai Iskola is. 2003. Összevonják a Dózsa és a szomszédos Dugonics iskolát, Dózsa György Általános Iskola néven.
