Description
English: Exposure of PEO-PBD-COO - polymersomes to a hypotonic solution. Time-lapse epifluorescence photomicrographs depicting PEO-PBD-COO- polymersomes formed on a gel prepared in sucrose and rehydrated with sucrose for 1 h at 40°C. The solution was switched to water and images were acquired every 3 seconds. Movie is 5x faster than real time. Scale bar = 10 μm.
