English: Supplementary Movie 7 Representative time-lapse images of 10 ȝM ISO plus ionomycin-treated cardiomyocytes. Cardiomyocytes pre-incubated with 10 ȝM ISO for 12 hours followed by treatment with ionomycin were imaged for 5 hours with 5 minutes intervals using the automated microscopy. Disruption of cardiomyocytes was slower and the number of rod-shaped cardiomyocytes (with intact sarcomere) was larger than the ionomycin-only treated group (Fig. 4h). |
