Description
English: The children electrify a garbage can so that a garbage collector is physically unable to let go of the can. He panics and spooks a horse; the children then notify a police officer, who brutalizes him as they laugh.

"MORAL: THOSE KIDS OUGHT TO BE JAILED."

The 'page-topper' images of lions, elephants, hippos, and chimps playing with electricity are by Jimmy Swinnerton.
