Description
English: The new "social gangsters" who prey upon the rich and silly women with whom they dance. "The silly little fool who thinks it "Bohemian" to turn her back on wise custom and who cannot know that the stranger with whom she dances may be one of the new 'social gangsters,' a vicious, merciless 'crook' of the lowest type, fading behind a mask of good looks, good clothes and good manners."
