English: Time-lapse microscopy of Txnip RNAi-treated oocytes during in vitro maturation. The cytoplasmic streaming was retarded in Txnip RNAi-treated oocytes compared to the relatively fast cytoplasmic streaming found in the control oocytes (Video S1).
