English: 160619-N-FE728-122 Montego Bay, JAMAICA (JUNE 19, 2016) Crew members of the Mexican ship ARM Guanajuato (PO-153) Armada de México, volunteered to assist the crew of the Trinidad & Tobago Coast Guard TTS QUINAM (CG26), as ground handlers after securing the mooring lines during their arrival at Montego Bay Port to participate in Phase II of Tradewinds 2016. Military and police forces from 18 partner nations are participating in Tradewinds Phase II, held June 20-28 in Jamaica. Tradewinds 2016 is a joint, combined exercise in conjunction with partner nations to enhance the collective abilities of defense forces and constabularies to counter transnational organized crime and to conduct humanitarian/disaster relief operations (U.S. Photo by Mass Communication Specialist 1st Class Todd Stafford)
