Description
English: "A hat, the effect of which is black, is almost necessary to a woman's wardrobe. The hat at the left is faced in tucked black chiffon, but the entire crown is of French muslin roses. The ribbon is a lightweight taffeta. The hat at the right is a little more elaborate. The crown is of chantilly lace and june roses, with bands of gold braid. The facing is pleated silk mull."
