Description
English: Public affairs personnel from the Kenyan Army dedicate and lay a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in Washington, Sept. 15. The Kenyan Army was invited as a part of a public affairs exchange between Third Army / U.S. Army Central and Kenyan public affairs personnel. The purpose of the visit was to compare public affairs strategies between United States and Kenya militaries and improve interoperability and cooperation between the partner nations. The Kenyan personnel also visited with the Office of the Chief of Public Affairs at the Pentagon to discuss different media relation strategies.
