Nick Weeks, an infantryman from Payette, Ind., with 4th Platoon, Company B, Special Troops Battalion, 82nd Airborne Division, explains techniques of a traffic control point to Afghanistan police officers of Kuh-e Safi district during training nearby Dandar village in Parwan, Afghanistan, Sept. 29.
