English: ENGLISH CHANNEL (Sept. 13, 2001) Sailors aboard the German navy destroyer FGS Luetjens (D 185) express their condolences to Sailors aboard the guided-missile destroyer USS Winston S. Churchill (DDG 81) in response to the terrorist attacks in the United States. Churchill, the Norfolk, Va.-based destroyer is just finishing Flag Officer Sea Training (FOST), a comprehensive training program hosted by the Royal Navy.
