English: San Diego, CA (Jul. 24, 2002) -- With her crew manning the rail and banners flying from her superstructure, the guided missile cruiser USS Mobile Bay (CG 53) steams proudly out of San Diego Bay to start a regularly scheduled deployment. Mobile Bay is a part of the USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN 72) battlegroup which has just got underway to conduct missions in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
