English: At sea aboard USS George Washington (CVN 73) Jul. 26, 2002 -- U.S. Navy Lieutenant Brian Graves, a Landing Signal Officer (LSO) from Littleton, OH, coordinates an arrested carrier landing for an F/A-18 "Hornet" assigned to the “Rampagers” of Strike Fighter Squadron Eight Three (VFA 83). George Washington and Carrier Air Wing One Seven (CVW-17) are on a regularly-scheduled deployment conducting missions in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. U. S.
