English: Aboard USS Constellation (CV 64) Aug. 20, 2002 -- Engineman 3rd Class Tara Mendoza from Manila, Philippines, is presented her paperwork to become a U.S. citizen by Donald Hasson, after stating the Oath of Citizenship with over 140 other military members during the first ever Naturalization Ceremony held on a U.S. ship. The 140 participants included members from the Navy, Marines, and Coast Guard. Constellation is preparing for her 21st Western Pacific Deployment.
