English: (Mar. 14, 2003) -- The Photo Division Officer aboard USS Harry S. Truman (CVN 75) inspects his Sailors during morning divisional quarters. Morning quarters allows those in leadership positions to pass important information on to their personnel. Navy photographer's mates, in the tradition of combat cameramen of World War II, Korea and Vietnam are eyewitnesses to and record the Navy's history.
