Laurel Clark, hugs his son in the middle of the “dancing waters” fountain, downtown Racine, located on the shore of Lake Michigan. The fountain was dedicated in the honor of Dr. Laurel S. Clark. In e-mail messages from space, Astronaut Clark often spoke of seeing Lake Michigan on whose shores her hometown lies.
