English: Himeji, Japan (Nov. 28, 2003) -- Local school children play on the flight deck of USS Vandegrift (FFG 48) during a scheduled port visit to Himeji, Japan. The guided missile frigate just arrived from a historic port visit to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, to become the first U.S. Navy ship to visit Vietnam in 30 years, since 1973.
