Coast (Jun. 03, 2004) - During a mass casualty drill held on flight deck aboard USS Carl Vinson (CVN 70), Airman Tory Galvis, front, and Airman Bryan Croft advance toward an aircraft fire to inspect a mock aircraft crash site after the fire has been contained. Vinson departed her homeport of Bremerton, Wash., for the coast of Southern California where she will reunite with Carrier Air Wing Nine (CVW-9) and conduct their next phase of readiness training in preparation for an upcoming deployment.
