English: Washington, D.C. (Jun. 9, 2004) - The U.S. flag atop the White House flies at half-staff in honor of former President Ronald Reagan who passed away on June 5, 2004. President Reagan served as the 40th President of the United States from 1981-1989. Reagan's body will lie in state at the Capitol Rotunda for public viewing until Friday morning in Washington, D.C.
