John Allison, assigned to the U.S. Navy flight demonstration team, the "Blue Angels," maneuvers his F/A-18A Hornet into position for a photography mission over the desert landscape of the Imperial Valley near El Centro, Calif. The Blue Angels are completing their intensive winter training schedule on board Naval Air Facility El Centro, Calif. Each of the demonstration pilots must complete 120 training flights prior to their first public demonstration on March 12, 2005.
