Description
English: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (Mar. 29, 2005) - Commanding Officer, USS Gary (FFG 51), Cmdr. Rob Marin, and Ambassador Michael Marine, greet Vietnamese and international media after the Gary pulled into Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, for a port visit. Currently under way in the 7th Fleet area of responsibility (AOR), Gary demonstrates power projection and sea control as one of the USS Kitty Hawk (CV 63) Carrier Strike Group's forward-deployed frigates, operating from Yokosuka, Japan.
