English: Tokyo-wan (April 19, 2005) - Cryptologic Technician 1st Class Jasen Williams, right, mans the "Big Eyes" binoculars as Operations Specialist Seaman Stephani Wood stands by, waiting to pass along any instructions as USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19) gets underway. Blue Ridge recently completed Final Evaluation Problem (FEP). FEP is designed to demonstrate the ship's ability to conduct multiple simultaneous combat missions, support functions and service complex casualty control simulations under stressful conditions.
