English: Pacific Ocean (June 15, 2005) - Aviation Boatswain’s Mate 2nd Class Ashley Hard washes down the flight deck aboard the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76) after the ship conducted a test of its countermeasure wash down system. Countermeasure wash down is designed to decontaminate the area from chemical, biological, and radiological attack (CBR) by washing the agents away.
