English: Manama, Bahrain (June 20, 2005) - Utilitiesman 2nd class Clifford Frazier and Equipment Operator 1st class Leo Deleon grind rust off of a support beam before priming and painting. Both Sailors are currently helping with the construction of two new structures for Naval Support Activity (NSA) Bahrain. Naval Mobile Construction battalion Five (NMCB-5), based in Port Hueneme, Calif., is currently supporting maritime security operations (MSO). MSO sets the condition for security and stability in the maritime environment along with complementing the counter-terrorism and security efforts of regional nations.
