Description
English: Sekondi, Ghana (April 19, 2006) - Secretary of the Navy (SECNAV) the Honorable, Dr. Donald C. Winter conducts an all-hands call with the crew to thank them for their hard work and answer any questions they might have aboard the submarine tender USS Emory S. Land (AS 39). Land is anchored of the coast Ghana, while Sailors work closely with Ghanaian Sailors, training them in preventative maintenance and assisting with needed repairs to their ships.
