English: San Francisco, Calif. (June 16, 2006) - Delayed Entry Program members enjoy a reception and visit from Reserve Deputy Commander, Commander Navy Installations Rear Adm. Julius Caesar. Caesar visit was in conjunction with San Francisco Navy Week festivities. Twenty-four such weeks are planned this year in cities throughout the U.S., arranged by the Navy Office of Community Outreach (NAVCO).
