English: Atsugi, Japan (Oct. 26, 2006) - Petty Officer 2nd Class Mark Somsel generates electricity on a bicycle while Tokyo Electric Power Company’s Yasumasa Musha and explain the process during Atsugi’s fourth annual Energy Fair. The fair was held at Halsey Gym, in conjunction with Energy Awareness Month. Hundreds of people attended the event, which featured 18 different exhibits from both on and off-base organizations.
