Chris Rhoden, and Commander Task Group 60.4, Commodore John Nowell, meet with Seraphin Ndoat (far right), mayor of Port Gentil. The meeting was part of the Kauffman's port visit. A task group comprised of USS Kauffman, U.S. Coast Guard Cutter USCG Legare (WMEC 912), and elements of the U.S. Naval Forces Europe-Africa staff, is currently deployed to the Gulf of Guinea to strengthen Regional Maritime Partnerships.
