William Fallon addresses service members in the “Sounds of Freedom” division prior to the start of Honolulu’s 23rd Annual Great Aloha Run. More than 500 Sailors joined nearly 12,000 runners and walkers participating the race that spans more than eight miles from downtown Honolulu, passing Naval Station Pearl Harbor, the Arizona Memorial and Ford Island, to Aloha Stadium.
