English: SASEBO, Japan (Aug. 22, 2007) - Capt. Tilghman D. Payne, commander of Fleet Activities Sasebo, and Mr. Tsuyoshi Oishi, Chief of Sasebo Defense Facilities Administration Office, cut the ceremonial ribbon at the grand opening of Fiddlers Green, a new officer housing facility. The military housing development program is intended to provide convenient military officer housing to replace existing units to make way for construction of a new expressway in the local area.
