English: INDIAN OCEAN (Dec. 18, 2007) Capt. Billy Hart, commanding officer, USS Cleveland (LPD 7) presents a plaque to Brig. Gen. Moosa Ali Jaleel, Commanding General of Maldives National Defense Force's Quick Reaction Force. Marines attached to the Combined Logistics Battalion (CLB) 11 and Cleveland's medical personnel are participating in Coconut Grove, an exercise to enhance capabilities and interoperability between U.S. forces and MNDF.
