English: ATLANTIC OCEAN (July 24, 2008) Cmdr. Peter G. Galluch salutes as he passes through side boys during his arrival for the change of command ceremony where he will relieve Cmdr. Randell W. Dykes as commanding officer of the guided-missile destroyer USS Ramage (DDG 61).
