Description
English: BELLE ANSE, Haiti (Sept. 18, 2008) Capt. Tim Shope, assigned to the amphibious assault ship USS Kearsarge (LHD 3), speaks with locals while walking to the City Center in Belle Anse. Kearsarge has departed Haiti for Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, Cuba to resupply, but has left a small contingent of service members to continue relief operations.
