English: GULF OF OMAN (Oct. 16, 2008) An F/A-18C Hornet assigned to the "Fist of the Fleet" of Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 25 launches from the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76). Ronald Reagan and Carrier Air Wing (CVW) 14 are concluding daylight flight operations for their 51st day of providing support to coalition forces on the ground in Afghanistan.
